We're Hiring: Fund Accountant (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: BGC, Taguig, Manila (Hybrid Setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post month-end journals (management fees, accruals, distributions, consolidations, etc.)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including management fees and cash flow analysis
• Support preparation of tax lodgement data (direct and indirect)
• Prepare bank facility compliance calculations
• Deliver investor reporting data packs
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Prepare financial statements and support external audits

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of fund accounting experience
• Background in BPO or local companies working with international clients
• Experience in Real Estate Asset Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• CPA qualification required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Australian Property Management Companies
• Familiarity with Yardi
