The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Advisory team in the Power, Utilities & Renewables sector. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions, working alongside a high-performing team on complex and high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and complex capital structures
• Prepare pitchbooks, Information Memorandums, and Management Presentations
• Conduct market and company research to support transactions
• Maintain sector databases across M&A, restructuring, debt, and equity markets
• Provide technical guidance and review junior team members’ work

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following personal and professional attributes:

• Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent)
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, or transaction services within an accounting firm
• Strong skills in financial modelling and valuation
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Broad interest in capital markets and industry sectors

Base salary range from $200,000 - $240,000
