Learning and Development Trainer:
The role supports Finsure brokers and staff by designing and delivering training on the Infynity/Metanoia CRM system, covering onboarding, refresher training, and regular updates for new features across Manila, New Zealand, and Australia. It also includes testing software changes and providing backup support to the education and learning teams when needed.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver broker training across Infynity and Metanoia CRM platforms
- Support broker onboarding, refresh training, and mentorship programs sessions both face‑to‑face and virtually
- Support broker onboarding, refresh training, and mentorship programs
- Provide overflow support to Education and L&D teams, including broker file reviews and scenario support
- Deliver regular software update training and weekly CRM sessions
- Test and support new system enhancements prior to release
Technical Expertise:
- Strong IT knowledge with the ability to effectively use technology to achieve role outcomes
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements to meet organisational and regulatory standards
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
Behavioral Experience:
- Customer‑focused mindset with a strong service ethos supporting Finance/Mortgage Brokers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
