About Corporate Advisory
This role sits within MA Financial Group’s Corporate Advisory division which provides financial advice and investment banking services for clients across mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, strategic advisory and capital structure advisory.

Analyst 1 or 2 – Corporate Advisory (Technology)
We are seeking an Analyst to join the Technology sector team within our Corporate Advisory division. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing M&A and capital raising transactions, preparing client materials, and supporting the team in financial analysis and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions
- Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gather public company information and perform analytical research
- Conduct financial modelling, company valuation, and financial analysis
- Draft marketing documents such as Information Memorandums and Management Presentations
- Maintain various databases, including M&A transactions, restructuring, debt, and equity capital markets
Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor of Commerce or similar degree
- Experience in a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank, or Big 4 accounting firm in corporate finance
- Interest in capital markets, M&A, or restructuring
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
