Graphic Designer (Part-time, 3 days per week)

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team on a part-time basis (3 days per week), based in Sydney. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for creating high-quality, brand-aligned marketing collateral.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the broader Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining MA Financial Group’s visual identity across a wide range of digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance high-quality print and digital marketing collateral using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

• Design fund collateral, presentations, credentials documents, templates, financial reports, advertising materials, event collateral, and e-invites

• Produce engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency in branding and messaging globally

• Provide guidance on best practices for print and digital design to enhance visual impact

• Ensure all materials align with corporate brand guidelines

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of business-focused collateral

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong understanding of brand management and best practices across print and digital media

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

• High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
