The Opportunity

We are seeking a Fund Operations Executive to join our Asset Management team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing fund operations function that supports MA’s Listed Equity and Private Equity funds.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining robust controls, and supporting investment teams across a broad range of fund activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational functions across Listed Equity and Private Equity funds
• Ensure key controls are maintained for settlement transactions and corporate action queries
• Provide operational support to Investment Teams, including trade support, reconciliations, portfolio positions, and cash balances
• Assist with compliance reporting requirements
• Maintain and enhance operational controls, policies, and procedures
• Review unit pricing validation rules and resolve back-office related issues
• Support invoice processing and accounts payable functions

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in equity investment operations
• Sound understanding of middle office processes and the investment lifecycle
• Experience liaising with brokers and custodians
• Exposure to unit pricing (preferred but not essential)
