Administration Manager – Canberra Outlet Centre
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet Centre.

Key responsibilities
- Drive the debt ratio for the centre to meet company requirements
- Support financial management, including direct recoveries and extended trade recharges as per company requirements
- Undertake the relevant process and procedures to meet client reporting requirements
- Effective management of centre administrative functions, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Effective support and management of the Administration Coordinator
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
- Qualification is Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as an Administration/accounts professional
- Exposure to debt collection and confident in liaising with retailers
- Exposure to retail property highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel, with financial acumen
