About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused and hands-on Marketing Manager to join MA Money, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and deepen engagement primarily with mortgage brokers, while also supporting customer and investor initiatives where required.

You will lead campaign execution, manage events and industry presence, and leverage strategic partnerships to expand reach and impact within the broker channel. Working closely with Sales, Credit and Partnerships, you will ensure marketing activity directly supports broker growth, product awareness and loan flow.

Experience in financial services, particularly within lending and broker-distributed environments, is highly regarded.

What you will do:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns designed primarily to engage and grow our mortgage broker network
  • Develop targeted initiatives that support broker education, product awareness and partnership growth
  • Lead the planning and execution of broker-focused in-person and virtual events
  • Leverage strategic partnerships that strengthen our presence in the broker market
  • Manage external agencies including creative, PR, media and digital partners
  • Oversee media presence, advertising and brand visibility across broker channels and industry publications
  • Develop compelling content across multiple platforms, tailored primarily to mortgage brokers
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and related tools
  • Coordinate research initiatives including customer and broker feedback
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign priorities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all broker communications and touchpoints
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables meet high-quality standards with strong attention to detail
  • Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations

Skills, qualifications and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within financial services
  • Strong experience in broker-distributed lending highly regarded
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, events and partnerships
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Experience managing agencies, media partners and external suppliers
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for mortgage brokers
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign management, automation, reporting and CRM integration
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analytics and optimisation
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
