Operations Manager – Canberra Outlet
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and hands on approach to managing the job and "walking the floor" in the centre;
- Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements;
- Produce and manage the Annual Outgoings budgets and controlling expenditures against budget;
- Coordinating and managing contractors to deliver required outcomes;
- Tenancy delivery requirements;
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures;
- Risk management and compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.
Experiences/Skills required
- Extensive experience working as an Operations Manager within a retail/property setting or similar highly regarded;
- Experience working in compliance with company OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements;
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills and managing contractors;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, financial acumen, and operations budgeting;
- Tertiary qualification in OH&S or related discipline advantageous.
