Operations Manager – Canberra Outlet

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and hands on approach to managing the job and "walking the floor" in the centre;
  • Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements;
  • Produce and manage the Annual Outgoings budgets and controlling expenditures against budget;
  • Coordinating and managing contractors to deliver required outcomes;
  • Tenancy delivery requirements;
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures;
  • Risk management and compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.

Experiences/Skills required

  • Extensive experience working as an Operations Manager within a retail/property setting or similar highly regarded;
  • Experience working in compliance with company OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements;
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills and managing contractors;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, financial acumen, and operations budgeting;
  • Tertiary qualification in OH&S or related discipline advantageous.
