Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

MA Financial is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support and elevate digital performance across our retail property portfolio. Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with Centre Management teams to deliver high-performing, data-driven digital strategies that enhance customer engagement and centre visitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy inputs across websites, social media, EDM and SEO for each Centre’s marketing plan
• Manage and optimise retail websites, including content and performance improvements
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Support and guide Centre teams on social media and email marketing to drive engagement and campaign performance
• Analyse digital performance across channels, delivering insights and recommendations to optimise results
• Integrate data from multiple sources to track customer behaviour and its impact on centre traffic and sales

Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or similar
• Strong experience across websites, SEO, social and eDM platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
