What will you be doing:

The purpose of the role is pre assessment of mortgage applications.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing checks such as credit, ABN, title, Equifax etc.
  • Pre-screen loan applications and package ready for assessment by a credit analyst
  • Ordering property valuations
  • Answering enquiries via email and phone
  • Follow up on outstanding documents
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry

  • You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.
  • You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
