Property Manager
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Property Manager to join our Melbourne office in 80 Collins Street, supporting a dynamic mixed-use commercial asset in the CBD. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day operational management, financial administration, tenant engagement, and compliance oversight of the asset. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, retailers, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure the centre operates efficiently and is presented to a high standard.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a motivated property professional looking to broaden their exposure across operations, financial management, leasing, and retailer engagement within a high-performing property team. This role will have onsite exposure to senior management and key head office functions. The role is part-time 0.8 FTE, with strong potential for role expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a premium mixed-use CBD asset
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support arrears management, budgeting, reporting, and financial administration
- Manage lease administration, compliance, and key tenancy documentation
- Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and operations teams to drive retailer performance and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and generate additional income streams
About You
- Experience in property management, retail property, or commercial property administration
- Strong financial acumen with exposure to reporting, arrears, and reconciliations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Sound understanding of lease administration and operational compliance
- Collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to grow within a dynamic property environment
