About the role

The Team Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the MA Real Estate Credit business. This role provides proactive, high-quality administrative and coordination support across multiple teams, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and a well-functioning team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and presentation prep aration.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new team members and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the team, including office administration, catering, and event registrations.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for the team, managing schedules, communications, and liaising with internal stakeholders such as IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and People & Culture.
  • Support operational activities by assisting with compliance tasks, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate client and external stakeholder meetings, prepare client materials, maintain CRM records, and track client and marketing engagement.
  • Maintain team documentation, SharePoint resources, internal platforms, and ensure records, recurring documents, and key information are accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by organising team events, offsites, training initiatives, and providing first-level IT support while coordinating issue resolution with IT.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an administrative, team assistant, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and document management tools
  • Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and desire to continuously improve
