The role will sit within the Party Services team that is at the heart of Workflow Automation Platform. "Party" is all about the customer – from fraud prevention to financial assistance, name changes, and everything in between. We’re building the backbone of customer management that powers seamless digital interactions.
Our team’s objectives are two-fold: First, to completely automate all customer functionality to provide a seamless digital experience. Second, to automate our internal processes to allow us to grow and scale as a bank without the need to increase our operational footprint.
