Join Macquarie’s Semiconductor and Technology team as a Semiconductor Sales Operations Analyst. In this role you will support the sales operations of our clients’ surplus semiconductor equipment to our global customer base.

On a day-to-day basis you will be providing on-going program support to your clients. You will work alongside our Semiconductor Sales Operations VP, and other team members. Your main responsibilities will include leading client meetings, addressing inquiries as needed, providing weekly and quarterly reports, supporting transactions in our CRM system, coordinating logistics support, and managing listings on our website.

Salary range for this position: $100,000- $125,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. • Two to seven years in client operations management with proven ability to work with and effectively challenge a broad range of stakeholders
• Occasional travel to clients’ locations to assist with equipment inspections (10%)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Semiconductor industry experience a plus.
