Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data and technology teams to drive data delivery and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong skills as a data and technical translator, acting as a connector to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• 5-7 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within Banking and Financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with business and technical stakeholders, acting as a translator between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven business analyst skills, documenting requirements and end-to-end workflows.
• Ability to support delivery of data and change initiatives within an organisation.
• Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Possessing a computer science or finance related degree is advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial market concepts and operations is advantageous (e.g., order and trade lifecycles, market data).
