You will be responsible for executing and overseeing the quality assurance processes as well as the learning and development initiatives for the Surveillance department, ensuring all risk management activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
You will develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program, which includes conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying areas of improvement, and working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions. In collaboration with other departments, you will also monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and recommend enhancements as needed, to ensure consistency and alignment of quality assurance practices across the organisation.
In addition, you will design and organise training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within Surveillance. You will develop and maintain a competency framework to identify skill gaps and training needs, create and update training materials such as e-learning modules, manuals, and guides, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
