• Ability to balance the detail of physical commodity business process and controls with the ability to think broadly and create a strategic plan
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver projects driving measurable risk management outcomes
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve strong results
• 7+ years’ experience in physical oil commodities settlements
