• Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions and be the point of escalation to multiple internal global stakeholders
• Have a track record of driving digitalization, automation and data adoption with business partners and be able to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
• Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and delivery mindset and passionate about building and leading high-performing delivery teams across multiple geographies
• Experience in managing service providers to ensure the best value outcome and maintain a strong ongoing partnership
• Experience in owning and managing a technology platform, understanding the effort required to maintain a secure, stable and compliant platform
• Able to prioritise a large complex book of work, balancing the need to deliver value to the business whilst maintaining a platform
