Join the team at the center of a rapidly growing global asset management firm with an exciting career opportunity. The Compliance Manager will be part of the client solutions compliance team and will play an integral role in supporting client-facing activities for the public markets business.

You will collaborate with the Head of Compliance to play a key role in supporting the client-facing operations of Macquarie Asset Management's public markets division. Your problem solving skills and regulatory knowledge will help you in the review of sales and marketing materials and will help bolster the compliance program of the firm's limited purpose broker, Delaware Distributors, with a particular focus on sales practices.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $130,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
