In this role, you will partner with the regional People and Culture lead to provide strategic and operational support to Macquarie Asset Management Private Markets businesses. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement People and Culture strategies that support business objectives. You will also partner with our Employee Relations team to provide guidance and support to managers and employees, helping manage risk and resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative work environment. You will lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs, and collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, select, and onboard top talent. Additionally, you will drive organizational development initiatives, and leverage data and insights to support leaders in making data driven people, workforce and talent decisions.
Salary range for this position: $140,000 - $215,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
