Our People and Culture Digital, Change and Delivery team are part of our Financial Management, People and Engagement group and deliver operational, technical and transformational projects both in agile and hybrid/waterfall methodologies.
This is a 12-month max-term contract.

What role will you play?

In this role you will be involved in the articulating business requirements, conducting impact analysis, while maintaining stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with peers from across People and Culture and Technology to identify the impacted stakeholders, propose solutions and present your findings.

What you offer

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with data literacy, building business requirements, and testing approaches and execution
  • Familiar with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with an outcome focused approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstratable stakeholder management skills.
