Join the Secure SDLC platform team whose mission is to make Macquarie engineers
happier and more productive by modernising software delivery practices. The platform
provides APIs, integrations and building blocks that minimise software delivery toil, reduce
risk, and increase engineering.

What role will you play?

As a Software Engineer, you are a hands-on practitioner who is passionate about code quality, automated testing, reliability and best practices. You have a background in modern software delivery within a DevOps culture. You will contribute to the architecture, design, development, testing and operations of platform APIs and microservices, and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles. You will also act as a collaborator and mentor for other engineers, helping each other grow through code reviews and design workshops. You will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement in the team.

What you offer

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Golang, Typescript,
  • Java)
  • Experience with Containers & Cloud Platforms
  • Strong focus on code quality, automated testing and best practices
  • Exposure to enterprise CICD and DevOps tools
  • Experience in Microservices & APIs
  • An open, growth mindset with a passion for solving problems with technology.
