As a Regional Director for San Diego and Orange County, you will leverage your deep relationships with financial advisors, and broker-dealers to build asset growth and firm profitability by enhancing strategic relationships through a consultative sales model. You will sell mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs and Alts plus consult and advise financial advisors with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice, and expand and deepen relationships to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will maintain CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information.
Salary range for this position: $120,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
