What role will you play?

You will redefine the governance framework for ENGs, establishing clear criteria for their formation, funding, operations and governance. Collaborating closely with ENG leaders, you will set strategic goals and provide guidance to ensure ENGs align with organisational objectives to support their operations and enhance overall effectiveness. You will also be involved in budget management, which includes setting budgets, approving invoices, and overseeing expenses associated with ENG events and activities.
In addition, you will prepare and deliver DEI updates to key stakeholders, including leadership teams, business units and HR. You will research, design and deliver tailored DEI learning programs, such as pay equity and cultural awareness training, to meet the unique needs of portfolio companies. Furthermore, you will develop comprehensive DEI resources, including policies, self-identification frameworks and pay equity toolkits, and organise DEI-focused events and forums to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Lastly, you will create case studies and conduct global research on DEI regulations, best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.
