Bring your passion for people, planning, and problem-solving to the Corporate Operations Group – Technology team, aligned to Macquarie Asset Management. As a Team Assistant you will gain exposure across a wide variety of technology and business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

In this role you will be responsible for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination (both domestic and international), Concur utilization, organizing team events, supporting onboarding, transfers, and leavers, organizing team equipment, and advise and train staff on systems and procedures. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects with the Technology leadership team and Division Head.

Salary range for this position: $85,000-100,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
