The Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) Data, Digital, Design and Engineering (D3E) team’ purpose is to drive digital transformation using Agile and Lean methodologies to deliver incremental business value. What role will you play?

In this role, you will work within an Agile team including Product owners, Data Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, Solution Designers, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts to drive innovation and continuously deliver our businesses digital outcomes.

What you offer

4 - 7 years of relevant experience within a Scrum environment
Advocate/practitioner of Agile and Lean methodologies for value delivery with efficiency
Background in financial services or regulated fields
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
Strong commercial management experience
