Join our MAM team as Enterprise Strategy Lead and Business Manager, partnering with senior leaders in Gurugram and Hyderabad to drive enterprise growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will help implement strategic initiatives and promote MAM values and culture across both locations.

What role will you play?

In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise strategy to foster growth, efficiency, and better risk management. You will be responsible for developing initiatives to build an optimized operating model that is leaner, efficient and promotes a positive work environment. You will be acting as a strategic partner to functional leads, helping to prioritize key initiatives, monitor their progress, and create impactful presentations to drive functional and organizational growth.

Demonstrated strategic leadership experience, developing and executing enterprise strategies aligned with organisational values
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment and results across global teams
Skilled in translating strategic vision into actionable plans, facilitating adoption of new processes and technology solutions
Expert in executive-level communication, delivering impactful reporting and presentations for leadership forums
Strong project management, data analysis, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering engagement and building high-performing teams
