You will lead engagements with the first line Operational Risk team in the Americas, serving as the primary point of contact for Macquarie Asset Management stakeholders and key regulated entities. Your responsibilities include providing independent oversight and expert challenge of operational risk practices, leveraging your industry knowledge to present clear risk insights and actionable advice. You will review and challenge risk assessments, reporting, incidents, and remediation projects, while facilitating improved risk management through analysis of operational risk data. Additionally, you will deliver training, contribute to key projects implementing Macquarie’s Operational Risk Management Framework, and drive responses to regulatory, audit, and senior management requests.

Salary range for this position: $193,500 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
