Our Relationship Management team are the first point of contact for existing investors and play a key role in outreach and fundraising, supporting Macquarie Asset Management in relation to Real Assets, Real Estate and Private Credit.
We build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and family offices, working collaboratively with our European Product Specialists to maximise distribution efficiency and expand our coverage.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for generating and connecting with new prospects in Europe, with a particular focus on Private Credit offerings such as infrastructure debt, direct lending and semi-liquid solutions, with the opportunity to also distribute Infrastructure and Real Estate products.
You will leverage your own relationships and collaborate closely with existing teams to ensure efficient distribution.
Your role involves understanding the complete range of Macquarie Asset Management products and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will contribute to the development of budgeting plans, deliver against personal capital raising targets and develop systematic client coverage strategies. You will also support prospect mapping, represent Macquarie at industry events and maintain active engagement with key clients, including pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.
This role may be based in Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, Milan, Amsterdam or Madrid.

What you offer

  • 8+ years’ experience in client coverage in Europe, with a proven track record in private credit capital raising
  • An extensive network of institutional investors and the ability to form and maintain relationships, both internal and external
  • Knowledgeable across all aspects of fundraising, fund/vehicle types and investor preferences, and relevant product development and fund formation experience
  • A strategic orientation to create sustainable change, with an execution mindset
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable with both delegation and hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills; fluency in an additional European language would be advantageous
