What role will you play?

As Senior Business Manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of Credit & Insurance and the division’s leadership team, advising on strategic priorities and supporting the execution of transformative initiatives. You will champion a positive, inclusive culture, facilitate effective communication across teams, and ensure the division’s operations and resources are optimised for success.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences and facilitating alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a track record of interpreting data to inform decision-making and deliver business results.
  • A proactive approach to organisational change, demonstrating resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in digital business tools and platforms, with experience in asset management and/or credit considered advantageous.
