What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products across Funds Management. Working within the Enterprise and Digital team, you will manage a portfolio of solutions that enhance fund administration workflows, investor lifecycle, and supplier engagement.
You’ll set and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. By identifying opportunities for digital transformation, you’ll ensure our solutions deliver real value and keep us competitive.
Leading a high-performing team, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus, empowering your people to deliver impactful products. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into digital solutions, champion Agile delivery, and promote the use of AI/ML and automation to optimise workflows.
You’ll also ensure our products meet regulatory and security standards, drive user adoption through effective change management, and manage the digital solutions budget. As a digital advocate, you’ll educate stakeholders and guide them through the journey of transformation.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years’ experience in product management or technology leadership, with at least 8 years within private markets, investment management, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling digital product portfolios for complex, data-driven organisations, particularly within private markets or similar sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications for financial analysis and predictive modelling.
Key skills:
  • In-depth understanding of private market workflows, including deal origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies, with the ability to align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, and portfolio companies. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience with private markets technology platforms (e.g., iLevel, eFront, Investran), CRM tools, and knowledge of cloud-based architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
  • Skilled at driving change and delivery in complex organisations, effectively navigating multiple stakeholder groups to ensure seamless execution and consistent progress.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile development methodologies, complemented by strong organisational skills to manage multiple products and teams concurrently.
  • Deep empathy for the needs of investors, portfolio managers, and internal teams, with a proven ability to create user-friendly, high-value digital solutions.
