You deepen your expertise in prudential rules and regulations as you focus on regulatory horizon scanning, including obligation management and risk reporting, which is a vital part of Macquarie’s ongoing oversight of prudential regulatory compliance. Reporting into the Risk Governance team and as part of the Aggregate Risk and Prudential team, you monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact and guide stakeholders across regions as they implement change. You shape and maintain prudential risk policies, support Board level reporting and help ensure accurate, meaningful risk insights for senior leaders. You also collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to strengthen prudential frameworks, contribute to operational risk assessments and support the broader governance responsibilities of the team. Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
