What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing our ambition to become Australia’s number one digital bank. You will act as the central link between marketing, product and technology teams, translating customer engagement goals into scalable and future‑ready journey solutions. Your work will be focused on customer data and integrations, supporting initiatives such as data migration, platform transformations and system decommissioning, while ensuring all solutions are compliant, technically robust and delivering measurable outcomes.

What you offer

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, turning business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories and data mapping
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment, deliver priorities and enhance platform capability
  • Exposure to complex data projects, including API‑led integrations, platform migrations and system decommissioning
  • Strong data analysis capability, with the ability to interpret data models, schemas and data feeds to troubleshoot data quality issues and validate outcomes
  • A deep curiosity for marketing technology and how customer data supports the design and orchestration of customer journeys
  • An agile, self‑starter mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for learning new systems
  • Direct experience with a marketing automation platform such as Adobe Journey Optimiser, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar (strong advantage).
