Join our Global Surveillance Team who play a key role helping the organisation manage regulatory and conduct risk by overseeing how employee communications are monitored. We work closely with compliance, technology, legal and business teams to ensure monitoring remains effective, well controlled and fit for purpose
This is a 12 Month contract role.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering communications surveillance and compliance projects, partnering across Compliance, Technology, and business teams to implement and enhance monitoring frameworks. You will contribute to the design and deployment of surveillance tools, support regulatory requirements through innovative solutions, and translate business needs into effective technical outcomes. In addition, you will lead or support training and change initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and processes required to manage conduct isks. Your work will involve stakeholder engagement across regions, driving alignment and continuous improvement in risk and control frameworks.

  • Strong experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services environments
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery
  • Ability to collaborate across business, technology, and compliance functions to deliver complex projects and initiatives
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process and control design, and translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on market abuse, conduct risk, or regulatory compliance would be beneficial, but not essential.
