As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will own the technical vision for our Salesforce platform and drive it end-to-end — from conception through to deployment. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will architect and build complex solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and API integrations, while establishing the CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (SFDX, GitHub Actions) that keep our delivery robust and repeatable.

You will sit at the centre of our engineering effort, where you not only build but also raise the bar for everyone around you — reviewing code, enforcing test coverage, managing governor limits, and coaching the wider team. Working shoulder to shoulder with business analysts, architects, engineers and product managers, you will translate complex technical concepts into language the business understands, estimate effort, and take accountability for getting quality solutions delivered across Sales, Service, Experience and Data Cloud.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality through effective test coverage, proactive management of Salesforce governor limits, and ongoing coaching and support for engineering teams.
