Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) Transformation Assurance operates independently from transformation and delivery teams, providing risk-based oversight and assurance across the FPE change portfolio. We assess project health, delivery capability, governance effectiveness and risk management practices, helping to strengthen delivery outcomes, identify emerging risks and support informed decision-making across strategic transformation initiatives.

As a Manager in FPE Transformation Assurance, you will play a key role in delivering and continuously enhancing the Project Assurance Methodology across transformation and change initiatives. You will conduct independent, risk-based assurance reviews, assessing project documentation, delivery performance and risk information to identify emerging risks, delivery challenges and opportunities for improvement. Through insightful analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement, you will help ensure initiatives are managed in line with organisational standards and support stronger project outcomes across the transformation portfolio.
