Our Relationship Management team are responsible for capital raising, client acquisition and investor coverage, working across a broad range of products and strategies in Infrastructure (Real Assets), Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate and selective public and listed offerings.
We build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and single family offices, working in collaboration with our European Product Specialist teams to maximise distribution efficiency and expand our coverage.

What role will you play?

As a Managing Director, you will assume responsibility for covering existing clients and generating and connecting with new prospects in Germany and potentially Austria.
You will contribute to the development of near and medium-term budgeting plans and will deliver against your own personal capital raising targets in Germany, while growing active coverage of key clients, such as pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.
You will also develop systematic institutional client coverage and client experience plans to maximise our efficiency and the service we’re able to provide, support prosect mapping and delivery, and represent the franchise at LP events and conferences.

What you offer

  • 10+ years’ experience in institutional client coverage, with a proven history of successful capital raising outcomes in various alternative asset classes
  • Highly experienced in client acquisition, with a client-first mindset and a large network of institutional relationships in Germany and potentially Austria
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting to various situations and personalities and able to create and leverage networks to develop business opportunities
  • Collaborative and enterprising, comfortable with both delegation and execution
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
