Our Wrap Transformation team supports Macquarie’s Wealth Ecosystem, helping our people, partners and clients achieve their strategic goals. Based in Sydney, the team works closely with product managers and business leaders to deliver and enhance a range of wealth solutions, including the Macquarie Wrap platform, separately managed accounts and private banking products.

What role will you play?

As a Transformation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact change initiatives across our wealth products, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, advisers and internal teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to align change initiatives to strategic priorities, manage change impacts and readiness activities, and support the successful implementation of new product capabilities, digital enhancements, regulatory changes and technology improvements. Your role will combine analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving to drive positive outcomes and realise business benefits.

What you offer

  • Experience in business analysis, operational improvement and/or change delivery within a financial services organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance user experiences
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate discussions, influence outcomes and support organisational change
  • A collaborative, proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
