As an instrumental player, you'll be pivotal in shaping and advancing our design standards. Your role involves crafting innovative and user-friendly UX/UI solutions that address complex challenges while aligning with our vision and organisational goals. As a senior member in our team, you'll drive user-centered design activities, pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking and forging new methodologies to navigate intricate design issues — including designing AI-native, working directly in tools like Claude to move fast from concept to high-
fidelity output. Your expertise will also be key in designing and leading workshops that foster ideation and iteration, whether working with small teams or large groups, and regardless of whether the collaboration is remote or in-person.
In this collaborative environment, you'll work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to tackle problems and strategically prioritise design activities and research. You'll stand as a champion for our customers, translating research findings into compelling narratives and sharing them with diverse audiences through detailed reports and persuasive presentations. You'll also mentor and support less experienced designers in the team, helping to grow their craft and connect their work to the broader practice, and contribute to our shared design system, patterns and accessibility standards.
