- Proven experience implementing or migrating sanctions or name screening platforms within financial services or another highly regulated environment, ideally including Symphony AI solutions
- Strong understanding of sanctions screening processes, including watchlist management, matching logic, reducing false positive alerts, and real-time and batch screening approaches
- Significant experience working in financial crime or anti-money laundering technology roles, with the ability to bridge business, risk, and technology requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL, data mapping, data lineage, data quality analysis, and system integrations such as application programming interfaces (APIs), batch processing, and real-time messaging
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and delivery skills, with experience working across senior business, risk, technology, and vendor teams in a fast-paced and complex environment, alongside a proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
