Our Global Regulatory Affairs and Governance team within Commodities and Global Markets supports governance, accountability and regulatory activities across our global business. We work closely with colleagues across the business, Risk Management Group and Legal to strengthen governance frameworks and support key business priorities.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting governance, accountability, and regulatory activities across Commodities and Global Markets. You will lead the coordination and management of accountability framework obligations, including organisational changes, annual assurance processes, significant related entity assessments, and reasonable steps reviews.
You will also oversee senior management committee governance processes, including secretariat support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. In addition, you will support division-wide product governance activities and manage director governance obligations for the Equity Investment portfolio, including nominee director governance and associated training requirements.
Working closely with the Head of Regulatory Engagement and Governance, you will contribute to priority initiatives by preparing briefing materials, conducting analysis, and delivering insights that enhance governance frameworks and strengthen regulatory engagement across the division.

What you offer

  • 8+ years’ of experience in governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, compliance, legal or a related control function within financial services
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, accountability regimes and regulatory obligations
  • Experience coordinating governance processes, committee support or accountability framework activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare briefing materials, governance papers and stakeholder communications
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities
