- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Advanced financial modelling skills, which may have been gained through financial statement analysis, valuation, forecasting, or scenario analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial modelling and PowerPoint for deal approval presentations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate analysis, document review, and reporting workflows within a structured finance environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Team orientated mindset, commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
- Inquisitive nature and motivation to learn about a diverse range of products.
