- Relevant experience managing software engineering teams in a fast paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering
- complex engineering initiatives
- Technical background in software development (preferably Java based), with experience in software design and operating mission-critical services and platforms
- Experience with IAM technologies such as identity providers, directory services, identity protocols (e.g.,O Auth2.0, OIDC, SAML), managing security access policies and tuning, monitoring IAM systems
- Strong experience in cloud-based technologies and SaaS
- Experience in containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience on identity management tooling such as Ping, Okta, EntraID, IBM Security Access Management (ISAM) and/or IBM Security Verify / Ping or Okta
