- Experience in project coordination, business operations, administration or a similar role, with the ability to support initiatives from planning through to implementation
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience preparing reports, presentations and management information
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with an interest in improving processes, supporting change initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes; experience with project collaboration tools would be beneficial
