We have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Fulfilment team within Commodities and Global Markets (CGM). Our team is responsible for ensuring client data across the global CGM group is accurate, complete, timely, and fit for purpose for regulatory, risk, client-facing, and internal business use.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner with Business Relationship Managers to deliver key client lifecycle and compliance processes, leveraging data analysis, control monitoring, and management reporting to drive regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management outcomes. You will coordinate client lifecycle activities, oversee KYC and compliance controls, perform data quality analysis and root cause investigations, and produce actionable management insights. Working within a global team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and client-facing functions to enhance reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

What you offer

• Experience in KYC, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or related financial services compliance functions.
• Proven analytical experience in data, reporting, business, or controls-focused roles, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
• Strong capability in data quality analysis, trend identification, root cause investigations, and control effectiveness reviews across multiple data sources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an understanding of risk, compliance, and control environments and a track record of driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
