We at Matrak are revolutionising construction on a global scale with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and community engagement. Working in the space of a green field, Matrak offers a cloud-based materials tracking platform creating a collaborative network of stakeholders to ensure efficiency, accountability, and clarity across the supply chain of each construction project.


You are based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, are comfortable working with a semi-remote team and available for travel to Melbourne HQ at least once per quarter. You may be required to regularly travel domestically depending on your role.

Your role:

- Drive Revenue Growth: Generate, qualify, and convert opportunities into Matrak customers.

- Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a high-value sales pipeline, consistently meeting KPIs that align with Matrak’s strategic goals.

- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales leadership, account management, and customer success to create, develop and expand customer relationships.

- Innovate: Embrace ambiguity and thrive in a developing environment while executing sales strategy.
