As the Healthcare Relationships Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we educate, support, and communicate with our global network of healthcare providers. You'll play a vital role in developing and delivering relationship-building strategies and programs, navigating cost-effective growth opportunities, and driving lead acquisition and activation for our digital therapeutic products.

At Mindset Health, we aim to change that.
Through our evidence-based digital therapeutics apps, we empower individuals to improve their health using the power of their minds. We combine the benefits of guided meditation with the expertise of doctors, focusing on health outcomes. Extensive evidence supports the effectiveness of hypnosis as a powerful therapeutic tool, but it remains underused [1].
In just a few years, we have already helped over 100,000 people with conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, menopause, and smoking addiction through our products—Nerva, Evia & Finito. With a team of 30 people and significant investments from world-leading investors, including King River, Y Combinator, and many others, we are now expanding our team to help millions of people.

What you'll be doing:

  • Determine optimal ways to grow our network of healthcare providers through various channels, such as direct outreach, conferences, presentations, webinars, and online events.
  • Provide education, support, and instruction to healthcare providers, helping them understand how our products can improve their patients' health through the power of the mind.
  • Drive referrals from prospective and current healthcare providers by building strong relationships and instilling confidence and knowledge in them to refer our products.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships between Mindset Health and healthcare providers, establishing valuable interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop approaches to position and integrate our products with healthcare providers and partners, identifying key learnings and driving initiatives that align with the broader Mindset Health team.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have strong experience in a pharmaceutical or health-related sales/support role.
  • You may have a degree in a health or science-related field.
  • You get people. You listen and respond with empathy, and share your thoughts, feelings, and rationale openly and respectfully.
  • You get on their level. You engage healthcare providers in meaningful conversation by framing messages in line with their experience, background, and expectations.
  • You aim high. You set goals for personal and group accomplishments; measure and monitor your progression; and tenaciously work to meet or exceed objectives.
  • You are a quick learner with a growth mindset and laser focus— and you apply learnings even quicker.
  • You’re obsessed with creating, growing, and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers.
  • You’re a scheduling wizard. You can manage your own time while coordinating with the schedules of the healthcare providers in our global ecosystem.
