Role Overview:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our talent strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the brightest stars in the industry. You'll work closely with our People & Culture team and hiring managers to build high-performing teams that will take Mindset Health to new heights.

Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we’d love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to seamless onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Enhance our employer brand and market presence through creative initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve our recruitment processes and outcomes
- Ensure all recruitment practices align with any legal requirements and industry best practices
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make informed decisions
- Adaptability and flexibility to focus on multiple roles at once whilst working smaller branding/people initiatives
- Understanding of industry trends and labour market conditions
- Passion for promoting company values and creating a positive candidate experience for all
