About the Role
As our Community & Support Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections with our users while ensuring our support operations run like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the bridge between our brand and our community, creating positive experiences that turn customers into advocates.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we’d love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- 🚀 Manage and resolve complex customer escalations with finesse
- 💬 Monitor and manage social media interactions and app reviews
- 📱 Cultivate an engaged community across our social media platforms
- 🌟 Spearhead our concierge service initiatives to enhance customer onboarding and retention
- 🔄 Ensure seamless operational coverage and support continuity
- 📈 Drive process improvements to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction
